Modprocess Difference:
The entry pressure bar is split into two, and the machine automatically selects whether to use one or both bars.
A patented pressure bar movement system enables the precise sealing of the box without any possibility of the edges lifting during shipment, as boxes sealed with other systems do.
Glue System:
Globally known brands are used for the glue tank and the nozzles.
All movements of the glue nozzle can be adjusted according to need through the integrated software.
Through another patented system, when maintenance mode is activated, the glue nozzles can easily be accessed, minimizing the time wasted.
Side support bar automatically adjusts according to the width of the package, allowing for continuous operation without any interruptions.
Control Unit:
The system is equipped with advanced software and a PLC architecture that controls all servo motors and the hot-melt glue dispensing system.
The user interface is designed for intuitive operation, allowing offset adjustments and full control of machine movements directly from the parameter screen.
All conveyor movements are driven by three independent servo motors, while five additional servo motors control the front and rear glue dispensing movement systems.
All critical machine movements are servo-driven—an engineering approach unique to Modprocess systems.
